（一）项目内容：项目具体选址在段柳乡段柳村，占地31万平方米。

(I) Project content: The project is located in Duanliu Village, Duanliu County, covering 310,000m2.

（二）项目投资估算：计划总投资4.7亿元，

（三）项目建设内容：建筑面积118246.2平方米，主要建设果蔬交易区、仓储区、物流配送区和办公生活区等四大功能区。其中果蔬恒温库建筑面积10.5万平方米，静态库容10万吨，交易大棚建筑面积7350平方米，设备购置1203台（套），并配套其他附属基础设施，计划建设周期3年。
